The National Service Network's On-Line Service has been changed to provide improved functionality and features.

The enhancements, active as of 17/11/2006 centre around the Authorisation Request facilities and include:

The ability to Edit a previously submitted Authorisation Request removing the need to create multiple request and re-enter information when you need to update your jobs. This will also allow us to react more swiftly once there is only one request to check per job

A Job and Registration Number search tool on the Open Authorisation Screen

Preview and reply facility directly from the Open Authorisation Screen

Improved Date entry with separate fields for each date element

Instant notification of incorrectly entered dates or values before you press Submit

Easy navigation though a menu at the top of the page

In addition to the above –
Once all your current Authorisation Requests are closed and the New system fully enabled, the status of the Authorisation Request will be visible at a glance from the Open Authorisation Screen
You will be able to see if your Request has been Submitted Awaiting a Reply from NSN, Approved, More Information is Requested or Declined and the preview will allow you to see our response directly from the same screen
Once your Authorisation Request has been Approved, you can instantly click to see and print your Authorisation Document and the improved reply email you get from us will detail all Authorised or Declined Work.
